[Monitor] Acer Predator 27" Class 4k UHD G-Sync Compatible IPS Gaming Widescreen Monitor 144hz IPS - $699 [$1,199 on amazon]

New GPUs are literally a couple months away. You can also do 4k/144hz on esports (OW, LoL, Rocket League, Valorant) and older titles now. For harder to run games, integer scaling now exist on rtx cards that prevents the old issues of downscaling.

The image quality between a 1440p and 4k @27” is night and day if you spend all day looking at text. Your TV argument makes zero sense because that doesn’t have high PPI. In fact, at 55” it has less PPI than your ultrawide. Image quality is a function of both resolution AND screen size.

I’m glad you enjoy your ultrawide but the fact that you have posted all over this thread defending it against a completely different type of monitor is...odd.
