Monsanto and Syngenta hire U.S. banks to advise on possible takeover

Ok, just gonna come out and say that the Reddit Monsanto propaganda team is lying about this not being true. Or, at least, leaving truths out. My boss is currently being completely screwed by Monsanto over cross contamination. They haven't sued him over the cross contamination, but they have made it to where he can't sell any of the produce that is grown on his land. He did not use any Monsanto seeds, his crop was contaminated by a neighbor who was using them. So he can't do anything with his harvest, or any future harvest because it will contain the Monsanto genes or whatever. And to top it all off, because of this Monsanto has offered to buy his land for a shit price, but because is land is essentially useless to him now he is probably not going to have a choice but to due it. So while it may be true that Monsanto rarely files lawsuits specifically over cross contamination, to say that they aren't destroying farmers livelihoods over it is a straight up lie. When I told this story before on here, the Monsanto team tried to say that he shouldn't have stolen Monsanto seeds and tried to get away with it. I have known this man my entire life. He is not a thief or a liar. He's the kind of person that if he found a briefcase full of money he would immediately turn it in. I don't know what Monsanto pays these guys here to push their bullshit, but it must be something nice because these guys on Reddit literally scour the site for any mention of GMO's. GMO's can have great benefits, but the business practices of some of these companies is atrocious, they don't care anything at all about doing good. They just want every penny they can get at the expense of innocent people.
