Property value information is very important for retirement planning and personal aspect, but somehow it has not been easily available.

It still isn't easily available because you can't assign a static monthly value to your house like a bank account. All this tool is doing is approximating the value, which any of us can do ourselves by looking at the CREA data. The CREA data is only helpful for trends, it can't predict the specific market price of any given property at an accuracy that would be helpful for financial planning.

Honestly I'd give up instead of trying to make it better. Other than selling the data you're collecting, there's no way to monetize this.
