It's never too late to manifest the person if you are still in love with the person when you are in a better place by all means do that. Circumstances (time/ distance/ 3P) are never the problem. I'd been through that years+LDR+3P (romantic and non-romantic) and still done it. Take care of yourself first. When you are in a better place and you still love the person just redirect your thoughts to align with having the person.
