Morbidly Obese Girl Tries to Change Her Life

intermediate fasting. The plan I have crafted will be the following: Fasting will take place monday-thursday

Everyone is different, of course, but I just did (and now restarted) a bout of Intermittent Fasting and I found the best thing is to--to quote Ron Popeil--"set it and forget it". In other words, go into IF mode and then stay in it, 7 days a week, until you've reached some serious resting point.

For me, I decided to relent after four months straight and about 25-28 lbs lost. Looking back, I wish I had kept it going more and kept up that great momentum.

The other thing is, when I first started IF I assumed that it would be very difficult and even started with "let's see if I can go a few days." Turned out the first few days were a bit of a challenge, but before I knew it I was up to a month, then 2, then all of a sudden 3 and change. I was shocked. It was way easier than I'd thought, though I was hungry most nights and wanted to eat, but I could bulldog through it fairly well.

Anyway, my $0.02. Very good luck and strength to you! You'll be very psyched before you know it.
