MORBIUS - Official Trailer (HD)

As I said in another comment, I literally can't enjoy movies or shows anymore if they're not part of an interconnected universe and narrative. And I've seen many other people say the same (such as the user you're replying to). It's a new nature of moviegoers that people need to understand exist now and it's absolutely valid and not baffling at all.

I can't be bothered nor do I care about standalone stuff anymore. I had enough of it during my childhood. The promise of interconnected stories and carefully crafted universes like MCU, DCEU, Star Wars, Star Trek, LOTR, GOT, Halo, One Piece, Harry Potter, etc. is what makes me invested because it's ever expanding and the discussion is limitless and wil never end. Whereas for standalone stuff it begins and ends there and there's nothing to look forward beyond that and that for me isn't remotely exciting anymore
