More boring job = more salary? IT is excitintg (no)

It took me many miserable years to realize that I f***ing hate internal corporate IT...

I have found my success and happiness as a cloud engineer that somehow makes $200/hr yelling about digital transformation to c - suite level executives that then pay me even more money to connect them with B2B SaaS companies to solve a certain problem that costs $12 a month per user for whatever the fuck it is they are bottlenecked with.

Before COVID I was stuck in Help/Service Desk, I couldn't get TF out...

Since COVID, people listen to me...

I had a YouTube channel where all I talked about was tech and cloud technology...

I was earning $27 an hour before COVID, by month three of lockdown a video rant of mine about ITIL being dated AF and how it fails in the face of the cloud went viral with CIOs and was shared all over LinkedIn...

I honestly have no f***ing idea what I am doing right now in my professional life, but people seem to like it and I enjoy being a source of authority.
