The only "white" characters we had so far are edward, arno, and evie/jacob. Ezio and kassios is in a grey area but the rest was arab, native american, black and in the spin offs we had liberation: black, and the chronicles asian and indian so I don't really know what you mean. They build their protagonist based on setting. Since white people unfortunately ruled the world and still do perhaps the globally most important historical settings involve europeans. Also Ubisoft is a western company. They don't have to give every race an equal share of games. That being said they did a great job of making the series diverse imo. I don't think this is a conversation we need. It doesn't lead anywhere. They have not offended any race, they try to find most diversity they can in every setting. They are doing their best.
