I did a quick search on the USPTO site (www.USPTO.gov) to see if I could find any federal trademarks owned by Fruit of the Loom that include the cornucopia. My search yielded nothing.

I am a trademark attorney, and I appreciate the fact that logos can and do evolve over time, so when it comes to logos/trademarks and ME, I don't really think a whole lot about it. (It's not unusual for design trademarks to evolve over time. I actually don't think we should even be including them when it comes to ME.)

HOWEVER, this Fruit of the Loom/cornucopia issue has driven me crazy! I "remember" the cornucopia! I'm not sure if this is a mass misremembering, ME, CERN, or what! Help!
