The only thing I could see happening is either she leaves him because of the hate although it wont be a true reason to end the relationship since the cause is not by neither party Most likely result in a secret relationship. Or Ice stops streaming and stays with her. Either way the reddit cant really do much except wait it out. I dont like it when my homies are too involved with their ladies but I cant do nothing about it. Caroline has self esteem issues hence the cosmetic surgery. Maybe she actually does like like Paul then again the hate on reddit enforces her insecurities at which Paul defends her and she is even more attracted to him. Not a good thing for us in terms of entertainment. Best thing to happen would be Caroline burning Paul. But the hate is making it less likely.
