You're literally braindead if you think his HDD isn't causing the stuttering. If ram was the main issue for his stuttering then he wouldn't have any issues about loading in at 15-20 minutes and taking 5 minutes to exit the game. His OS and along with applications are all on his HDD. Once the Disk Usage is stuck at 100% your entire PC FREEZES until it's not under heavy load. You're literally a moron for thinking that an old and slow HDD can't cause stuttering. OP thinks that his stuttering is due to performance issue when it's not. OP could go ahead and purchase 32 gb of ram at 3200 mhz if he wanted to and his disk usage would still be spiking to 100% which causes the stuttering. There's a reason why the ram comments on here are being downvoted and when was the last time you've even seen a post about the memory leak? It's literally a patch to patch basis and all dependent on if you're on a modded server. Please educate yourself.
