More and more people around me getting it

It's all about self-control. If you work on your willpower and ability to resist temptations then you can enjoy smoking weed occasionally on the weekends or at night. I find that its only when I allow my smoking habits to seep into the daytime that I need to slow down or stop altogether. Someone who has a beer every now and then isn't an alcoholic, it's only when you feel like you NEED it that you have a dependency issue. I'd say take at least 2 or 3 weeks off and relearn how to live without it, then when you go back and try it again (with your newfound willpower!) you will have an easier time resisting to do it all the time and since your tolerance will be lower you won't have to smoke as much to get the effect. Sorry if this isn't the kind of advice you're looking for - I'm just sharing what works best for me. This summer I took a 100+ day break from smoking and I felt AMAZING. It was weird because the first few days you feel like you're going to die without weed but then you get to the end of the first week and you feel like a whole new person, it's crazy. Anyways, good luck to you, you can do it (its really easy once you commit)
