Well it IS s trash site. Regardless of the metrics the OP uses.

First they are now owned by Chinese firm.

Second their customer service is one of the worst. I would say they are on par with something like G2A...

Third on multiple occasions this year alone, they have been hacker and lost customer personal information including credit card numbers.

Forth, they sold out their users to the IRS for not paying taxes on items.

Lastly, you can be banned when newegg cancels your order because they consider it a "chargeback". So if you order something and the order is cancelled beyond your control, they ban you. And theres no way yo be unbanned even after hours of using their trash support.

I think the fact newegg is trash is quite objective at this point lol.
