More signals of a Roaring '20s rebound for Canadian economy when pandemic ends

I'm well known for what? It's not a flex to talk about finance on a finance subreddit. I get tons of messages directly asking further questions and advice on my setup, or referrals to the people I work with to execute it. That is valuable to those that choose to see the positive in it and I enjoy those discussions. Hell, I've interviewed people for jobs from Reddit and referred them interviews elsewhere. I love that.

I view ownership and renting as both valid options. I chose to own for a few reasons. Some you've called out, although negatively for some reason. I am unsure how choosing to own invalidates my opinion that renting is a viable option.

If I think both are valid, I'm bound to be a hypocrite in your eyes no matter what.
