More smoking gun on Harvard discrimination: race vs. gender (need help)

Are white men and white women accepted at similar rates though (with the same academic characteristics)?

This argument is dependent on the assumption that white men and white women are equivalent in the admissions process.

In my anecdotal experience with statistics from medical school admissions, white women are penalized compared to white men. They have lower matriculation rates. While the balance of men and women is 50-50 at premier medical schools, there are more AFs than AMs, in exchange for less WFs and more BM/HMs than BF/HFs. At low tier medical schools, there M/F ratio is upwards of 62:38, and the male preponderance is predominantly WMs. Overall, nationally the ratio of AFs to AMs in medical school is 1:1.
