More sober drivers arrested for DUI in Phoenix

I believe he is referring to how anything that impairs your driving qualifies for a DUI, but blood screenings can test from as little as 4 to more than 10 of the 1000's of things that can cause impairment.

For example they discuss presumably Tums in the article, but if that person was on Prevacid for instance, tremors or vertigo can occur (rarely), it can even lead to loss of sensation particularly in the hands, all of which could have been seen in the DRE's investigation. ARS 1381.a.1 under influence of ...."any drug"....and finsihing with "impared to the slightest degree.

Not that I agree with it, just pointing out the law. Shit, I am just happy to actually see cops in Phoenix, last time I called them for a report of my vehicle theft, they scheduled an appt 6 1/2 hours later to take the report. They have been way short of people for a decade.
