Again, more than 5,000 new coronavirus cases in Florida

Oh boy. Brace yourselves. We're finally riding out the wave here in Massachusetts and from experience I can tell you it's going to suck.

When the first few covid cases came to my hospital it was a day of meetings on meetings and discussions on what we'd be doing when the numbers peak.

Then the next day we got 3 more.

Then 7.

Soon enough we had to hire a truck as an extra morgue.

We got a lucky break when we found a way to sterilize N95s

Then we ran out of neuromuscular blockers and had to share with other Boston area hospitals.

I've only seen 5 people die but 3 of those have been in the last two months alone due to covid.

Stay home and stay safe for gods sake.
