Moronic Monday - Your weekly stupid questions thread

So, I asked a question in this thread earlier and was recommended GZCLP(sorry for asking so many questions, I'm probably overthinking everything). I ignored that program previously because it was too complicated, but after like 1 or 2 hours I've finally decoded it, I think, and I like that you don't have to do a bunch of plate management. However, there are a few things I want to know. First, I just want to make sure that GZCLP is as good as any other program like 5/3/1 and Greyskull LP. I'm kind of inclined to think those are more legit since they actually have books and aren't just a reddit post. Also, GZCLP only has one accessory exercise per workout. I'm primarily concerned about aesthetics, so I'm wondering if it would be better to incorporate more accessory exercises? I'm considering doing 3 T3s, a push, pull, and core. Or should I just include core? What would be best for my goals? Also, as far as how many days you work out do you go from 4-3 exercises each week, like mon-wed-fri-sun tues-thurs-sat and so on or do you stick to 3 exercises per week? Thanks for your time.
