Moronic Monday - Your weekly stupid questions thread

When I was younger, I went to the chiropractor specifically for rounded shoulders and thoracic kyphosis. In addition to follow-up appointments, he told me what to do to start fixing my posture generally. Being the dumb kid that I was, I neither worked on my posture nor went for follow-ups after the first few. Since then, neither of those have gotten better and I've also gotten forward head very clearly (which was the main thing that motivated me to try fixing my posture now).

On the topic of the wiki, I got the dumbbell program from the wiki but I haven't been able to do lunges/legs because of my weight. I'd have really bad form trying to balance and ended up with lower abdomen pain on my left. Should I find something to replace this since it is in both halves of that routine or do I just ignore it until I can do it?
