Beginner here. Just spent a couple hours looking through this very useful website for crafting a workout routine that hits all muscle groups and wanted opinions and suggestions on what weights to start with or if I should substitute some exercises for others. Currently they're all set at 3 sets x 12 reps. 4 days a week alternating Push/Pull.
