Is it a mortal sin (rash judgment) to think I was (possibly) scammed by a beggar?

You can make prudent judgements in your everyday life.

This seems to be common sense. But I couldn't find many answers on the matter.

This is not a sin, let alone a mortal sin.

This is my intuition as well, but I wanted to ask just to be sure. (Asking a confessor isn't an option right now because I confessed literally minutes before the encounter with the beggar).

The reason why I think it is not rash judgment is because I had some evidence. From what I understand, rash judgment requires no evidence or inadequate evidence. But how do you decide if you have sufficient evidence?

Are you scrupulous?
