I live in Germany. Germans mostly don't hate whole nationalities but these are the closest results:

Russians/Ukrainians, Turks, Arabs, Afghans and probably Chinese

I'm partly Russian myself. Most people don't hate me for being Russian but most Germans hate most Russians. Russians are the loud aggressive homophobes and their women are b...tches. Ukrainians are like "another Russians". Russia's past and some still existing annoying ultranationalist Russian boomers make Germans often hate most Russians. In 20 years, almost no German will hate Russians anymore. Russians also beat up people for little things (mostly people born before 1995).

Turks are hated for their criminal, chauvinist, often misogynistic and homophobic behavior. Most Turks don't assimilate which makes even Gen Z Turks homophobic and xenophobic towards Armenians and Kurds. Turks were allowed to vote to some stuff in Turkey. These Erdoğan fans are so annoying. I'm glad that Erdoğan is becoming less popular in Turkey.

Arabs and Afghans are hated for similar reasons. Most Arabs are homophobic, antisemitic, misogynistic and also criminal. Some of them are even terroristic.

Chinese people are actually only hated for their government, eating cats, dogs, bats and snakes and their totalitarian government. Han Chinese people are the most racist people. Heavy chauvinist against Uyghurs (reminds us on Holocaust)... Corona increased sinophobia by a lot.

Americans are partially disliked for too many guns and remaining backwards laws (the abortion restriction in Texas) but still get the western pro-gay bonus. The American police is harsh and bad educated compared to German ones. That's it... no crazy hate!
