do most people pass on hormones, after 24?

Hey, you sound like me except the breast part. I am a redhead, extremely fair complexion, 5'6", no prominent Adam's apple (everyone has an Adam's apple, but men are more likely to have visible ones) and I was considered small/petite before transition. I start at age 26 though. Honestly, it's a mixed bag. I was doing pretty good for awhile until FFS, but something about FFS messed something up, and I think I am pretty androgynous slightly masculine. I was like gendered 75% female 20% androgynous 5% male pre FFS. After FFS, I am having a difficult time gauging how I am read because people will avoid pronouns making me think androgynous, but I've seen people use female pronouns immediately after avoiding them it seems. It has it's days like some days I am read totally female and other days just gendered male, male, and male. Anyways, starting after age 26, just hit 2 years HRT today, and FFS about 5 months ago, I am pretty sure I am just stuck at androgynous.
