The most scathing question asked in all of E3 2015.

I meant don't buy video games from these kind of devs, such as EA or Ubisoft.

Circlejerk harder. Games you don't personally like from certain devs aren't automatically bad games.

If pre-orders have no effect tell me why are pre-orders up for farcry 5 on steam two years before release,

.. What? That doesn't make any sense. What is your claim? The amount of time you're allowed to pre-order a game is somehow indicative of its quality..? What Even..

why would they polish their games or even finish them if thousands of people already bought the game?

Yeah, this isn't how game development works, sorry bud. If you honestly believe this is how devs operate you have no idea how the gaming industry works.

Microtransactions used properly isn't the problem, again ubisoft charges you money to basically play the game for you giving you resources you would normally collect in game for free in a single player game, they market them as "time savers"

Okay? You just admitted that they're time savers, so therefore aren't crucial and they're not blocking you from the game, just saving you time. There's nothing wrong with that. But let me guess, because it's Ubisoft, its bad right?

or how about Mortal Kombat charing people for 1 button push fatalities, or injustice 2 charging people for more characters and marketing it as day one DLC?

Seems like regular additional content and pre-order incentives, all of which is optional. I don't personally know these games, but if these are your worst examples, they're definitely the exceptions and not the rule.

Looking up reviews isn't following other people's opinions, I mean be smart, if I waited for reviews I would of known assassin's Creed unity was broke garbage,

Or you would have known that it was constantly being fixed after launch.. and if you didn't look up the reviews and got the game, you can still refund it.

I would of known no mans sky was a scam.

Or if you did any research at all you could have realized that people were hyping up the game more than the devs were. But devs promising you an entire galaxy wasn't a red flag already, huh?

The last few years have seen a massive tread of broken or uncompleted games,

I can really only think of The Master Chief collection releasing in an unplayable state. Seems like you're bending the definition of "broken/unplayable" to support your claim.

it's not entitlement if you are unhappy with a product you spent 80 bucks on.

Which is why you can get a refund. It's entitlement when you're criticizing the very systems that keep gaming afloat.
