Mother's choice is ultimate: Delhi High Court allows 33-week pregnant woman to terminate pregnancy

When a person's limb is amputated due to infection, it is for that patient's good- and no other person has to pay the price

And killing a baby at late term on whim for someone's carelessness is not the same

Killing a person and cutting a limb are two completely different things

A baby cannot be compared to a limb

A baby is not a limb without consciousness

I am not against early term abortion, or abortion when the birth poses risk to the mother's health or due to serious birth defect of the baby

I am against the original comment that the ethical thing is to "do what the patient wants" and that there is no best thing .

33 weeks' abortion is disturbing, but in this care there was a medical reason. But cannot blindly do late term abortions because the patient wants.

Killing is killing- it's not that only killing a woman is a crime and killing a man is not. It does not work that way.

This is my view- you may agree or disagree but someone has to speak up for a baby in the womb (4-5 weeks before birth date) because he/she can't speak for themselves
