Oh I fully agree Trump is dangerous. 1000%.

but I'm starting to come to the very very very real realization that all he did was bring to light the fact that fascism already won and it did so decades ago. He just tried to be the one in charge. Now people want to return to our old imperial masters and not this new and dangerous one. At our core we want stability and changing regimes is never good for that.

I see it everyday now. The people in left leaning subreddits are fanatically cheering at the mere thought of reviving old Roman proscription lists, at "if you've ever had a right-leaning thought, you are subhuman filth and need to be removed from society!!! Piece of shit racist nazi!" Its sickening how far this has gone. And yet... pointing that out, or pointing out that you can't fight racism with racism or pointing in anyway that cheering for the imprisonment and torture of dumbasses who were manipulated by an extremist group and immediately saying shit like "it looks all white to me" make you (the royal you, not you specifically) an absolutely terrible person and a piece of shit the same way they claim the "others" are.
