Motivation Monday. Get and give motivation for yourself or others.

It's a long story how I hit this weight again... 8 years ago and 16 years ago I was the around the same weight (186-190 pounds). In years between I got all the way down to about 100 pounds (way too thin for my height, I know)... a lot of the body craziness and massive weight fluctuation had something to do with some major health issues that went misdiagnosed for many years (doctors said everything was "all in my head" and I had to do a bunch of therapy... finally years later actual diagnostic procedures were done and they discovered some rare digestive and other issues). Several surgeries and some treatments later, my health is finally stable and decent enough for me to tackle the weight issue once and for all.

So...today the scale said 187.7, and that's fine. Just as long as I don't go back up to 190. I am motivated to do whatever I need to do so that my scale never reads 190 again.

When I've made more progress I'm going to commit to never seeing 185 again and so on. I am so sick of being this weight and I have a ton of clothes in my wardrobe which haven't fit in a while, and I miss how my body felt when I was smaller. I hope those feelings can help me stay motivated and I wish you guys a lot of motivation and commitment as well.
