Mount Vesuvius and Chemical Warfare

All I have to say about this is that that judge is a fucking coward.

I bet if she'd flung a knife at you, or shot at you with a gun, that she'd be in prison for years.

But because it's a bottle of peanut oil, which you are severely allergic to, something that she clearly knew, she gets a pass because she happens to be old and has a vagina.

I really hate institutional discrimination. I bet if she was a young, gay, black man and had thrown, say, a bottle of hydrochloric acid in the face of their MIL that they'd be in prison for decades since attempted murder in the U.S. can have a maximum sentence of life in prison.

It still astonishes me how much latitude judges are given for sentencing. She tries to kill someone and gets community service, meanwhile there are people rotting in prison because they had a handful of joints in their possession.

I mean, honestly, she was trying to send you into shock so that you'd die. How the fuck did she end up with community service? [Rhetorical question; I'm sure I know exactly how it just bugs me.]
