I mean, your comment about "women wearing the pants now" was just straight up dick. No matter how you frame it, it's misogynistic. Last time I checked, women make up half the population and are just as intelligent and competent as men. There is absolutely no reason why women shouldn't "wear the pants" in a relationship half the time. Honestly, I'm surprised that you have a girlfriend if you approach relationships with the mindset that you will "wear the pants" and dominate the relationship simply by virtue of having a penis.

Anyways, I don't want to belittle your issues, because everyone has issues that are "big" to them, but you bring up a lot of issues that have predominantly been discussed by frustrated white men (like the angry Trump crowd). My brother has the same mindset as you, so I understand where you're coming from, but it's still very whiny and pathetic when you put it in perspective. Essentially, with all of your concerns, you're just asking, "But why not me? Why am I not getting all the love, attention, and privilege?" You should honestly ask yourself why certain things bother you so much. Why does it bother you that people are making a greater effort to acknowledge and accommodate mental disorders? I mean, I can acknowledge that plenty of them are likely bullshit, but seeing them being catered to doesn't bother me. So why does it bother you? It doesn't affect you at all unless you approach it with the "why not me" mindset. It's not "why do white people have to hate themselves," "why do women wear the pants," or "why do we cater so much to people with mental issues?" It's "why do people love minorities more than me," "why do people think women can walk all over me," and "why aren't people acklowdging my issues?" It's just a bunch of whiny me me me!

Maybe just try approaching things without the "what about me" mindset. How do any of the things you mentioned actually affect you? Why do they make you so angry? I suspect that you, like my brother, become enraged when attention isn't directed at you that you think you, as an apparent white male (correct me if I'm wrong), deserve. Just live your life, man. It's cool if some traditionally repressed minorities are getting some love. It's cool that women are recognizing their full potential. It's cool that we're attempting to acknowledge all of the mental issues that we used to ignore and brush off, even if we think many of them are fake. None of this should hurt you.
