Is Mourinho trying to get himself sacked?

The entire sport is comical. You have lads who are (for the most part) marginally above athletes at best collecting 6 figures per week in a job where it's becoming commonplace to down tools when they fall out with their manager. Instead of calling it 'unprofessional' it's now called 'losing the dressing room' or 'not playing for your manager', and usually culminates into a decent move elsewhere with a tasty sign on fee.

Then you have the manager merry-go-round where blokes who've done little to nothing get opportunity after opportunity on 7 figure salaries to basically achieve mediocrity year on year because they're 'proper football men'.

Then you get your Jose's. Guys who are so far removed from reality they can publicly self-destruct in an egotistical meltdown on a bi-yearly basis only to be signed at a new club on a multi-year contract.
