Move along citizens, nothing to see here

No one said anything about them having a job. You see, where they come from, they often have this thing called high unemployment. That means tat many people don't have a job. Finding a job is easier in the US, which is why many people go there.

And you come to the country LEGALLY, why is this so hard to accept?

You know people also come from countries closer to the US, right?

Mexico and cuba are the only latin american countries that could legitimately plead for asylum, but yet they make up less than 7% of asylum cases. The majority of asylum cases come from el salvador, honduras, and guatemala. If these people travel thousands of miles and through multiple countries just to get to the US, it's not because of asylum.
