I have a few thoughts. All three of these characters are unpopular choices, so I'm chalking their placement up to lack of exposure more than anything else.

• Megaman not being top of the list is interesting. Not only is his a projectile, but it out-prioritizes almost every single move in the game. I guess you could make a case for it being nullified by reflectors...?

• There is no way in hell Wii Fit should be C tier, their jab combo buries, and jab 1 hits on both sides.

• Bowser Jr. has one of the best jabs in the game, to the point it's one of his most reliable kill moves. You can also use it to force people to recover high, since it's really easy to catch people on ledge with.
