I moved 20 times in 14 years due to homelessness and mental illness. My longest stay is going on three years in my own apartment, Finally! AMA

In america healthcare issue has nothing to do with capitalism. Like zero of it. Its a cartel monopoly held by government, the AMA has control over who is allowed to exercise medecine, and how and at what price. Free market would create competition and low prices like in any other industry.

NYC just doesnt have enough space for everyone. People need to understand that not everyone can live at the same place, no matter the system. People can choose to live in a less crowded city.

Look in California theres a guy that was building tiny houses for the homeless, and the government went and removed them. The government of the usa is strong, authoritarian and unrelated to capitalism.

Best reading material if you want to understand the oposing view is Milton Friedman, theres video on YouTube too.

Just so you understand, im not against helping homeless or finding solutions to better healthcare, just sad to see that people always think the first solution is marxism when it has been proven wrong many times.

Anyway you should form your own opinions. Im sorry if that was disturbing and wish you the best. There's probably more important things to focus on for you at the moment. Really great that you went through this and where you are at now.
