I can’t advise you seek it out but Captagon is a fairly common stimulant used in the ME. It’s an amphetamine, specifically amphetamine combined with theophylline (related to caffeine) in a single molecule. It’s common amongst soldiers and insurgent groups alike for the effect it has on fighting - its nickname is ‘chemical courage’. Apparently it’s widely used by higher ups as well, like Saudi royalty. SA has the biggest illicit market for it.

Might be an idea for you to use it to take a break from drug use though. I’m sure the penalties can be really severe and it might do you some good if you’re dependent on substances. Like the other guy said, surely there are parts where weed just grows in large amounts? I think it grows wild in some regions there.
