Cinematography:

Her (2013) is one of the most beautiful films I have ever seen.

Up (2009) - so delightfully shot; adds so much to the films' charm.

The Dark Knight (2008) - Wally Pfister X IMAX cameras? GET OUTTA HERE.

Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon (2000) - visually speaking, it's basically perfect.

Music/Score:

Interstellar (2014) - the score alone is mind-blowing; an emotional experience in itself

The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014) - unique, fantastical, somehow comedic and brilliant all at once.

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End (2007) - big and bold and fun. "Singapore" and "Up is Down" are two of Zimmer's best. I could talk for hours about this soundtrack, it's excellent.
