Moving home when you’re 23.

It's hella relevent. The OP was subject to abuse and neglect and that kind of stuff should be reported so it was a good question to ask. Abuse is abuse and if someone with an authoritative ground were to know, the situation could have been different. Sadly some don't report it out of fear, such as myself in my teens, early 20's but OP made the right choice to go.

As for OP: I do hope things improve for you. I left my parents at 22. Best choice I'd ever made. It takes a while to find your feet and cut toxicity out but I'm sure you can make it. Just believe in yourself and have a good support network. Don't give into the bullshit. You made the hardest step which is getting out. Just take your time, no rush now :)
