Moving on from Upper/Lower to Lower/Upper/Lower/Push/Pull critique.

I know these critique threads are getting out of hand, lol but at least it sort of keeps this sub active!

Imo it's to be expected. I'm sure a lot of people are changing their routines up this time of year due to switching from cutting to bulking.

As for the routine: For me that seems like it wouldn't allow you to recover much before your next workout and I think your lifts will stall. I would personally start off low volume and work your way up to higher volume as you progress while logging your progress. That way you'll see what works for you easier.

I say this because for example on day 2 you're doing flat bench then day 5 you're doing another bench variation.

Day 5 & 6 you're working the same muscle groups two days in a row.

I mean if it's already a routine created by someone that knows bodybuilding very well then I doubt you'll come out of it with 0 results but I will say it doesn't seem very efficient. This is coming from someone that used to do mon-upper, tue-lower, wed upper, etc, etc repeat lifting 7 days a week.

But hey, a big part of bodybuilding is learning about what works for you and everyone is different so who knows, it may work well for you.
