Moving to Spotify

As to the "greed" aspect... the 55k/mo and all the other bits from ads and live shows doesnt get split just amongst the boys. They have a studio on each coast, several employees, and several other much smaller podcasts in the network they are trying to grow. This is their job, and their small buisness. It seems like they were trying to move away from Apple and to do so needed to make another ad deal and the best one for the whole network was Spotify. I do agree that this will likely lose them some listeners who find Spotify egregious, but in my opinion that's their loss. All this to say: yeah maybe it's not best for all the listeners. Maybe it's a mistake. I love the content enough to follow them anywhere though, so no skin off my back.
