Mozilla Firefox now blocks websites, advertisers from tracking you

It was for work and we test with Firefox so I caught and changed it. The work around was relatively complicated, but at least it will work for a variety of clients.

I don't want to have my stuff be chrome only, but I like to use the shiny things in chrome and hope that everyone catches up eventually. My personal projects are games so I want to have as few transpilations and polyfills as possible for performance concerns.

Google has that upcoming gaming platform on the horizon. No doubt its first API will be optimized for chrome if it isn't chrome only. I want to be there as stuff is available.

I do also want to have an interface API so people can add more clients over time, my focus on web right now is just because canvas and webgl are so nice to work with
