Abyone ekse can watch the same video and determine that they're not innocuous, unless "hey baby" now counts as a common greeting.
B. It's a fucking morning greeting. It's just that. Being polite. That's literally what half the men in that video are doing.
To only her, and stopping to stare. If this is your idea of polite, I can get why you'd empathize with them over the person bogged down by all the "compliments".
C. One guy pursued her. One. Yes, he was an asshole, but he was the vast minority, and was an exception to the rule.

D. I'm not saying 'she deserved it because of what she was wearing'. You completely missed the point! What I'm saying is that she was wearing nicer apparel than literally everyone around her, which is why she attracted attention.

These guys literally just give one fucking greeting, walk away, and move the fuck on with the rest of their day. No innuendo, just a polite greeting.
