You don’t understand how the FBI conducts these types of investigations. They literally just ask questions and write down the answers and give them to the senate. No reason to interview the accuser or the accused when they already went through the process. Definitely no reason to interview any random person who comes forward and claims knowledge. This type of investigation is a sham sure...but not just for political reasons. There is no way to prove that he didn’t assault her...which is what democrats are demanding.

I believe that Dr. Ford was assaulted and most likely by Kavanaugh...but you can’t just go by your gut. There has to be evidence.

For a real “investigation”, the police in the relevant jurisdiction need to do police work. But that can’t happen because any witnesses decided to wait 36 years before coming forward.

I don’t want to live in a world where a victim has no voice...but living in a world in which an accusation with no corroboration or evidence can ruin your life is worse. At least, it is according to our judicial system and constitution.
