MRW My Friend Says Flat Earthers Actually Make Some Good Points

See, that one is worse. At least the other one is making fun of people who are often, in more ways than one, asking for it. Not that plenty of people posted on that sub aren't being pompous too, but it just seems like a lot of young people trying to learn how to express themselves and doing a poor job. It's shit like that which gives people anxiety about expressing themselves and not doing a good enough job.

It's not the end of the world, but I can't imagine a person who has worked on dealing with their insecurities finding that funny. Don't get me wrong. I've laughed at some of the content on both of those subs, but there is a line where that content becomes harmful that neither seems to have much respect of.

(BTW if you don't get it. I'm trying to respond with long statements with subtle, but also my actual opinion, comments on what it says about a person who comments those subreddits as an insult or expression.)

I'm pretty sure we've all had a r/im14andthisisdeep moment. It's called emotional intelligence, and we aren't born with it. At least I'm comfortable trying to be who I want to be and with the knowledge that I spend my time on Reddit trying to improve instead of make low-effort, unoriginal jokes.

My jokes are totally original you jabroni.
