[I did saw the recent post by Queen Serena](www.reddit.com/r/VirtualYoutubers/comments/vlxy0a) regarding [content thief, but until I saw another post elsewhere](www.reddit.com/r/asmr/comments/vjrcab) plus FalseEyed's coverage and some other video in the ASMR community, I didn't expect it to be that egregious. The content thief have two separate accounts that steal from two or maybe more ASMR creators, then copyright abuse the original content, THEN gloat to the original creator. Twitter, Patreon, and TikTok all are better than Youtube in this regard.
This reminds me of the recent scuffle between Act Man and Quantum TV. It would have been a clear rule reinforcement and PR jackpot to just boot Quantum TV of the platform, but YT decided to instead silence Act Man and whoever stands with him. It's almost as if they didn't want to give people the precedent that copyright abuser can be banned, and to reinstate that Youtube is the one doing the interpretation and enforcement of their rules, just like your favorite dystopian platform / government. Disgusting but I guess for the collective masses it always ends this way, horrendous injustice swept aside because the masses still feel satisfied. How many metal in our batteries / electronic goods involves child labor or other atrocities?
