MSP Client Price Quest... annnd go

Yep, you caught me. We don’t do anything other than help desk. Just shitty, sub-par help desk and were only open 11AM to 2PM and take a two hour lunch. We don’t do SOC, or managed compliance, or handle all vendor relationships, or do their TV/Cable systems, and cameras, and phones, and managed print....oh wait yes we fucking do.

They have 100 employees probably because they’re in shifts. If they have to be HIPAA compliant my guess is they’re a nursing home or AL facility. If it were a doctor’s office you’d have more PCs than users due to exam rooms and such.

$10,000 a month is insane when you’re only supporting 1/3 of the users at any given time.
