If publicly imploring a foreign nation to interfere in our election, or suggesting to everyone that will listen that a probe against you be called off, or committing a blatant campaign finance violation - if those things had enough either legal juice or sway in the court of public opinion, then the Senate (or even the Republican Congress) would have impeached him.

We won't get some new charge in this report, no dead hookers in Air Force One.

Just more detail on what we already know, which the Republican Senate has already indicated isn't enough for them to consider impeachment.
