I do HIT training 4 times a week, and ride a cruiser probably 4 hours a week. I'm totally calm dude. To be honest I am more calm than a lot of people.

In person I can hurt people's feelings without changing my tone or using any type of derogatory terms, or using direct targeting. People take how calm I am and respectful. Then take my choice in words and can tell if I am frustrated with them.

Example last month of me staying calm.. I was told that I the company would benifit by being fired (in front of my peers) they know I make 20k more than them(one of them asked and I don't believe the stigma of discussing pay). I stopped the conversation with him and reported it to his supervisor. He supervises 20+ workers and if he did that to me he was probably doing it to his employees, managing through intimidation.

I literally just took it in front of my coworkers.

That being said my job does cause stress. If I was hourly I would make over 110k a year. (only make 95k)Last year I took my birthday off but senior executive management was pushing to get something done and only I could make it happen.

You wouldn't be able to connect the dots between my online presence and offline presence.
