their thermal conductivity description is very accurate btw

get something like hy880 or gd 900 with higher thermal conductivity (I like hy880 better than gd900. hy880 is more thicker/less liquid) and they only cost few more bucks for 30g tube. (30g tube is enough for like 50-100+ pcs which is enough to last u forever)

I tried ebay $1 to $8 thermal paste and 30g hy880/gd900 ($5-8) and there is no noticeable difference (I think 1-2 degree celsius difference. temp is basically same as) vs noctua/cryorig/bequiet thermal paste. mind u noctua/cryorig paste u get when u buy nh-d15/cryorig r1 goes for like $10 for 1.5g or something

I was actually surprised how good hy880/gd900 performed vs $10 1.5g thermal paste cause I didn't see any thermal difference

$1 ones, they perform noticeably worse but it works. better than nothing i guess but I'd pass to be honest cause u gain noticeable benefit just by spending few more bucks for 30g tube which last fooooooooooorever
