I always fine these "chain of events" post interesting. IMO, this logic doesn't work because the argument here is that without Mumbo and hermit challenges the shopping district would not have existed and thus no Turf War which is incorrect. The shopping district would have existed with or without Mumbo challenging Iskall.

Yes, Mumbo was the catalyst behind Iskall being the first one to make a shop in the shopping district.

The hermits had already decided where the shopping district would be before the start of the season. By the logic you're presenting here, all the Hermits caused the turf war for deciding to have a shopping district.
