My point on Nietzche is that, in other places, he doesn't defend the argument that started these bizarre tangents. Nietzche didn't see a world that didn't have the foundational principle of a necessary being as a good place.

I've just described why "proof" is the wrong word. Also, you are incorrect. Philosophy often describes situations that are outside of what science is able to test.

I had a chuckle at the biblical contradictions site you linked. I didn't even have to do a search to see very desperate attempts to find problems on the main page. Absolutely everything I saw on the front page are things that are not actually issues, they are just being portrayed, and not even cleverly.

Tinsley doesn't seem to be mentioned in your links, but your Cycles of Time link is great. Penrose's book is dedicated to showing how ridiculous string theory is (he is the guy who coined "Botlzmann brains", a philosophical thought-experiment regarding observers in a universe - oops.
