I understand what you’re saying and fully agree it shouldn’t be that way. I have also met a ton of great Muslim people in the USA and abroad.

However this isn’t a simple as you believe or you have been very VERY sheltered from Islam in its pure form. Western Islam is vastly different from the rest of the world, especially being multiple generations removed. It’s teachings are carried out differently and also the way that it’s enforced.

So it is fair to assume you should give people a chance but I absolutely wouldn’t approach a Muslim crowd the way your trying to paint it. I’m also not saying that someone is likely to experience ISIS level of extremism in Tucson.
